"The Decision Is?" (判はん定ていは？, Hantei Wa?, Tonari: 135) is the ninety-seventh chapter of the One-Punch Man manga series.

Short Summary

The heroes eliminate the emerging monsters. Gyoro Gyoro observes the chaos as he summons multiple executive members of the Monster Association.

Long Summary

Atomic Samurai enters the battle with the intent to finish it swiftly, slashing so rapidly that Rhino Wrestler doesn't realize he's been cut until it's too late. The monster rates Atomic Samurai at 100 points before dying from the swordsman's attack. Atomic Samurai then shifts his focus to other monsters, noticing that Flashy Flash is doing the same. Shadow Ring is astonished by Flash's incredible speed. Meanwhile, Superalloy Darkshine obliterates monsters simply by running through them, and Pig God devours one. Puri-Puri Prisoner punches a monster into bits, while Tatsumaki descends with the remnants of Evil Eye. Puri-Puri Prisoner is surprised that Evil Eye has managed to retain its form, but Tatsumaki erases the remains completely.

Above, Child Emperor slices Gyoro Gyoro's spy drone in half. Gyoro Gyoro notes that he has already witnessed the battle, though he would have preferred to see King in action. From observing the fight, Gyoro Gyoro has figured something important out. His attention shifts to the approaching figures, one of whom is annoyed by his summons just as they were gearing up for violence. The short black mysterious being questions why Orochi, Nyan, a rotund monster, a scruffy man with a crown, and a grotesque monster were all called.
