Long Summary

Tatsumaki suddenly starts coughing up blood, questioning if she has overexerted herself. Psykos notices the decline in Tatsumaki's power and attempts to escape by deploying a smokescreen. The fusion of Psykos and Orochi morphs into a jet, aiming to drain blood from the humans in the city. Sensing their presence split into seven due to Psykos using the same technique Tatsumaki previously used, she manages to conjure a massive psychic barrier to stop the monster from fleeing. Psykos tries to pierce Tatsumaki's heart with a laser attack, believing the esper hero must focus all her concentration on maintaining such a large barrier, giving her a chance to finish her off. However, she strikes a dummy created by Tatsumaki, allowing the hero to sense Psykos' actual location. At that moment, Drive Knight appears and joins the battle.

Inside Tatsumaki's psychic barrier, Drive Knight and the fusion monster begin fighting. Genos arrives before the other S-Class heroes, now on the ground, and briefs them on the situation, warning that Tatsumaki is nearing her limit and asking for their assistance before he returns to the aerial fight.

After rescuing Narinki's Private Squad, Zombieman, and Iaian from underground, Pig God returns to the surface with the other S-Class heroes and begins regurgitating them from his stomach, much to Child Emperor's astonishment. When Iaian regains consciousness, Pig God fills him in on what happened, and Iaian expresses gratitude for saving him and the Narinki Squad. He soon reunites with his master, who starts thinking of a strategy to strike the fusion monster in the sky.

Meanwhile, Tanktop Master begins rescuing civilians trapped under falling debris. He impresses nearby heroes by lifting a massive concrete slab they could not move. A medical helicopter soon appears, trying to reach the area to evacuate the injured, but it is blocked by Tatsumaki's invisible barrier, the one she created to trap Psykos and Orochi. Recognizing the barrier, Tanktop Master wonders if Tatsumaki is fighting and considers helping. After asking Lightning Max about Tatsumaki's location, he tells Mumen Rider that he will head to the Monster Association Headquarters to assist her, advising Mumen Rider to stay and continue rescue efforts. Tanktop Master then lifts a nearby transmission tower and hurls it through the air, using its wire to swing toward the Monster Association HQ. Meanwhile, Atomic Samurai and Iaian observe the battle from below.
