Long Summary
Iaian, Okamaitachi, Bushidrill, and Narinki's Private Squad attempt to sneak past a group of monsters. When one of the monsters demands a password they do not know, both the heroes and mercenaries launch an attack. One of the monsters escapes and uses its ability to open a vault. The heroes and mercenaries track it down and locate the same vault. Bushidrill and Tongara begin discussing the value of the vault's location.
Inside the vault, they discover Evil Natural Water and Mad Doctor Fish. Master Joe explains what Evil Natural Water is and why it is kept in a tank. Tongara shoots the monster several times in the back, but it still manages to pull a lever and release Evil Natural Water. While the heroes battle the creature, Master Joe is devoured by Mad Doctor Fish. The disciples and mercenaries retreat and try to shut the vault door, but Evil Natural Water escapes before it can be closed. It fires two high-pressure water jets at Iaian and the mercenaries, who dodge and counterattack. Despite avoiding the hit, the force is strong enough to pierce a hole through Iaian's sword. Mad Doctor Fish then begin their assault, overwhelming the heroes. They retreat behind cover, while Tongara aims at Evil Natural Water's eyes. The monster senses the threat and retaliates with a high-speed jet stream that blasts a hole through Tongara's chest. As Bushidrill tries to help, Evil Natural Water fires more water jets. Tongara pushes Bushidrill out of the way, taking the full attack and suffering fatal injuries. Bushidrill is left speechless. Iaian and Okamaitachi move Tongara to safety, while Bushidrill holds off the monster by blocking its path. While Evil Natural Water attempts to destroy the rocks in its way, Bushidrill speaks with Tongara one last time. Tongara says his name, and the heroes do the same. The disciples flee, leaving Tongara behind, thinking he is a fool. Evil Natural Water breaks through the wall, and the Mad Doctor Fish consume Tongara.
The scene then shifts to Saitama killing a monster, with several monster corpses behind him as Overgrown Rover appears. Saitama offers Rover a bone, but is violently attacked by multiple energy blasts that destroy the area. Saitama evades and punches Rover hard enough to shake the entire Monster Association Headquarters. The impact is felt by both monsters and heroes, and even causes an earthquake on the surface. The surface hero team remains unaware of what just happened. After witnessing Rover get taken out with one punch, Nyan sneaks up behind Saitama and uses Super Feline Retribution on him, but it has no effect. Frightened, the cat monster flees.
Gyoro Gyoro is then shown seated on his throne, contemplating the battle situation. Tatsumaki appears beside him, asking if he is concerned about the cadres being wiped out. She then questions whether he is the boss. The monster welcomes her, stating that she is someone he must deal with personally. Gyoro Gyoro introduces himself as the military adviser of the Monster Association and coldly tells the esper to drop dead, using his psychic powers to hurl and trap her with massive boulders.
