"Sisters" (姉し妹まい, Shimai, Tonari: 100 + 101) is the sixty-fifth chapter of the One-Punch Man manga series.

Summary

Do-S manages to land several blows on the injured Fubuki. Believing she has Fubuki's mind under her control, Do-S approaches and reveals her plan to use Fubuki to lure out Tatsumaki. Enraged, Fubuki sends Do-S flying back. Before Do-S can react, Fubuki unleashes her Hell Storm technique, slightly injuring her. It is revealed that Fubuki never fell under the monster's mind control. Realizing this, Do-S changes her plan and decides to kill Fubuki instead of using her as bait. Fubuki tells her that Tatsumaki would have come regardless.

Tatsumaki causes a massive explosion in the city where the two are fighting. Do-S realizes her mistake and immediately thinks of escaping. A monster falls in front of her, asking for help and warning her about Tatsumaki. Tatsumaki then arrives, ordering Fubuki to go home and leave the rest to her. Do-S commands her love slaves to attack Tatsumaki as a distraction while she flees. Tatsumaki effortlessly immobilizes them and warns Fubuki that they are a hindrance, not allies. She then heads off to hunt down the remaining monsters.

• By using the unconscious bodies, Tatsumaki writes Ashidematoi, which is a Japanese expression referencing to someone who is a burden or hindrance and holds you back.
