Long Summary
Bang, Bomb, and Fubuki, who were previously excluded from the operation, join the S-Class heroes on the surface. Most of the heroes present were unaware of this, prompting Atomic Samurai to question Child Emperor. After everything is clarified, Bang forgives Child Emperor, and Fubuki pleads with the heroes to help her sister Tatsumaki, who was losing consciousness.
While Drive Knight and Genos guard an unconscious Tatsumaki from Psykos, she recalls an event from 18 years ago at a research institute. A monster had gone rogue inside, and Tatsumaki had been locked in her cell, unable to escape. Blast rescued her, quickly recognizing her abilities and telling the young girl to use her powers to protect her family. Back to the present, Tatsumaki regains consciousness and rejoins the fight.
Drive Knight pursues Psykos into a tunnel while they exchange a flurry of attacks. Tatsumaki assists by creating multiple obstacles in the tunnel to trap Psykos, though they fail to contain her. As Psykos emerges from the tunnel, Genos surprises her by rushing in and jumping onto her jet, allowing Drive Knight to do the same. The two heroes prepare to attack her together.
