Long Summary

Gyoro Gyoro uses its small spy drones to overlook the destroyed cities and informs Orochi that their plan to instill fear in humanity is complete. Waganma is brought back as a hostage, and Phoenix Man requests reinforcements from Gyoro Gyoro, explaining that some monsters are being cornered by heroes. However, the request is denied. The monsters discuss their objectives and note that Nyan and Gouketsu have successfully recruited many monsters. Through a spy drone, Gyoro Gyoro orders Gouketsu to leave the stadium, warning that if several S-Class heroes arrive, even someone like him might have trouble. Gouketsu responds by saying that Gyoro Gyoro is underestimating him. He adds that he plans to leave anyway and tells Bakuzan to come along to the Monster Association hideout. Bakuzan decides to challenge Gouketsu, but all his attacks are ineffective. After Gouketsu throws a strong punch that barely misses, he gives Bakuzan a stern warning about trying to face the entire Hero Association alone, then heads to Z-City, the Monster Association's meeting point.

Once Gouketsu leaves the stadium, Bakuzan reflects on the existence of an organization full of monsters stronger than him. Suiryu, still conscious despite the beatings, tells Bakuzan that he is not his enemy. Bakuzan grabs Suiryu by the hair and reveals that his desire for strength comes from wanting to torture those weaker than himself. He begins tormenting Suiryu by breaking both of his legs. When Suiryu accepts his loss, Bakuzan cruelly suggests he lick his feet, claiming he might spare his life. Suiryu refuses by breaking one of Bakuzan's toes. Crying out for help, Suiryu pleads to the unconscious Sneck and Max for aid, holding on to the belief that there is always hope. Bakuzan prepares to stomp on Sneck to continue torturing Suiryu, but Sneck is saved by Saitama. Suiryu then watches as Saitama steps forward to face Bakuzan.
