Long Summary
Puri-Puri Prisoner continues searching for Nyan as he "swims" through the underground walls of the Monster Association base. He arrives in a small chamber filled with torture equipment and spots Garou chained to the wall, apparently unconscious. Not recognizing Garou as the infamous Hero Hunter, Puri-Puri Prisoner assumes he is just another human hostage. He approaches to release him, introducing himself as an S-Class hero. However, just as he begins to recognize Garou's face from the wanted posters, Garou suddenly awakens, breaks free from the chains, and quickly pummels the hero. Realizing the grave mistake of awakening this prisoner, the S-Class hero is left stunned.
Meanwhile, Saitama continues wandering the Monster Association base, still looking for someone to talk to about the noise under his apartment. He is ambushed by a Mysterious Being, but kills it instantly with one punch. Turning the next corner, he encounters Flashy Flash, who spots Saitama and assumes he must be a monster. Flash rushes in and slashes at him, but Saitama effortlessly dodges. Shocked, Flash recognizes Saitama as the B-Class hero who once accompanied Genos to an S-Class meeting. Frustrated that his surprise attack failed, Flash uses his special Flash Slash technique, but Saitama calmly catches the blade with one hand. Unimpressed, Saitama accuses Flash of being a monster for attacking him, prompting Flash to clarify that he is also a hero. He explains that they are deep within the Monster Association's territory and advises Saitama to find shelter. Flash also mentions the Monster King Orochi, which excites Saitama, unaware that he has already defeated him earlier. Irritated by Saitama's decision to follow him, Flash tries to run off at high speed, only to be shocked when the Caped Baldy easily keeps up with him.
