Long Summary
The battle between the two heroes and the regenerated fusion of Psykos and Orochi intensifies. While Genos focuses on deflecting the energy beams from Orochi's dragons, Psykos unleashes a massive energy blast toward Tatsumaki. Genos swiftly moves in front of Tatsumaki, countering with his own blast aimed at the fusion monster's attack. As their beams collide, he urges Tatsumaki to quickly rescue the other heroes trapped in the Monster Association Headquarters while he holds off Psykos.
Tatsumaki begins extracting the trapped heroes from the tower. After briefly clashing with the fusion monster and neutralizing one of its attacks, Genos becomes immobilized and unable to continue fighting. Psykos fires another beam to finish them, but Tatsumaki steps in, shielding the injured hero. She deflects the blast and confronts Psykos, questioning her about Fubuki and instilling fear in her.
On the ground, Fubuki, accompanied by Bang and Bomb, looks up and sees her sister channeling psychic power. She realizes Tatsumaki intends to end the fight. Psykos, still in awe of Tatsumaki's strength, is suddenly ensnared by her powers along with the Monster Association Headquarters.
From underground, blood from the twisted fusion of Psykos and Orochi seeps to the surface, while Atomic Samurai searches for his disciples but cannot find Iaian. Meanwhile, Child Emperor tries to contact Zombieman but only picks up a signal from his locator with no response. Moments later, Pig God appears and shields Child Emperor from falling debris.
Elsewhere underground, Saitama asks Manako if the chaos is her boss's doing, worried about his home being destroyed. They continue working to free Flashy Flash from the rubble. King, with Tareo in tow, is climbing stairs when the surrounding buildings collapse, forcing them to retreat downward. Tatsumaki stays focused on twisting Psykos, her battle seemingly nearing its conclusion.
