"Divine Retribution" (しんばつ, Shinbatsu, Tonari: 201) is the one hundred sixty-first chapter of the One-Punch Man manga series.

Short Summary

Flashy Flash is defeated by Platinum Sperm, while Garou ultimately prevails over him. Meanwhile, Tatsumaki confronts "God". Blast arrives, telling King to protect Tatsumaki before teleporting away as Sage Centipede emerges, declaring destruction with Evil Ocean Water. Garou then attacks Sage Centipede.

Long Summary

The fight between Garou, Flash, and Platinum Sperm continues. Flash, overwhelmed, is shocked that in just one day, he has faced four individuals who exceed his supposedly unmatched speed. Despite his desperate attempts to outmaneuver Garou and Platinum Sperm, he ultimately falls to the latter. The remaining fighters continue their rapid exchange of blows, trading a flurry of attacks in just 1.3 milliseconds (~1/769 of a second), until Garou manages to slam Platinum Sperm into the ground. As Platinum Sperm quickly rises and taunts Garou, he is ultimately defeated by the Hero Hunter, who effortlessly passes through him, delivering a fatal blow that causes him to explode to bits.

Meanwhile, Tatsumaki confronts "God" appearing in front of her, who is mimicking Blast's appearance to entice her into accepting its powers. Recalling Blast's warning not to expect someone to save her, Tatsumaki realizes the figure is not Blast and asks about its identity. Unable to deceive her, "God" vanishes in frustration. Soon after, Blast arrives using his portal ability, expressing concern for Tatsumaki and surprised by her resistance against the entity. As Blast acknowledges Tatsumaki's growth, she smiles with her eyes closed. King, standing nearby, is taken aback by Blast's sudden appearance. Saitama, carrying an injured Puri-Puri Prisoner close by, recognizes Blast. King and Genos are surprised to see the top-ranked S-Class hero in person. Blast tells them he was battling "that thing" elsewhere and leaves Tatsumaki in King's care, stating that he needs to return to provide support. Confused, King watches as Blast steps through a portal revealing multiple figures on the other side, saying that he is not fighting alone before teleporting away to another dimension.

Suddenly, a massive earthquake shakes the ground, revealing Sage Centipede emerging from the deep hole where Tatsumaki previously attacked Orochi. Sage Centipede proclaims it was sent to annihilate "The Abominable Fist That Defies God", declaring itself the "Incarnation of Father Earth." As it gazes toward the sea, Evil Natural Water, now known as Evil Ocean Water, begins to rise. Sage Centipede refers to Evil Ocean Water as the "Incarnation of Mother Ocean", stating they will bring total destruction together. Garou leaps toward Sage Centipede and strikes it on the head.
