Short Summary
Saitama, Flashy Flash, and Manako look into a mysterious hole but see nothing. A voice, presumably "God", offers them powers until Blast appears, explaining their contact with a cube enables communication. Blast then transports them to the surface. Meanwhile, Child Emperor questions his leadership as Homeless Emperor ambushes the rear guard, injuring Zombieman. Tatsumaki then destroys Orochi with an energy spear.
Long Summary
Saitama, Flash, and Manako peer into the mysterious hole but cannot see anything. Even the light generated by Manako fails to work. A voice suddenly echoes in their heads (presumably "God"), offering to bestow powers on them. Blast appears through a wormhole, explaining that their physical contact with a cube allows them to communicate with "him" and that he has been collecting these cubes as a hobby. The voice reveals Blast's identity, prompting Flash to test him. Blast easily dodges Flash's Flash Kicks. He then opens a wormhole to transport them to the surface.
Elsewhere, Child Emperor, Zombieman, and Sweet Mask hold the rear during the battle against Psykos and Orochi. Child Emperor blames himself for poor leadership and offers the role to Zombieman, but Sweet Mask refuses to trust him, calling him a pseudo-monster. As Zombieman reassures Child Emperor, Homeless Emperor emerges from the ground and attacks. Sweet Mask dodges the energy spheres, but Zombieman takes the hits to protect Child Emperor, leaving his body torn apart.
Tatsumaki hurls an energy spear at Orochi, tearing him apart. The spear drills into the ground and stops near a mysterious sacrificial altar.
