"Foul Play" (反則, Hansoku, Tonari: 116) is the seventy-fifth chapter of the One-Punch Man manga series.
Summary
After hearing Suiryu's cry for help, Saitama arrives to rescue him and confronts Bakuzan. Bakuzan taunts Saitama and boasts about his strength, angrily recalling his earlier encounter with Charanko, which only leaves Saitama confused. Bakuzan unleashes a series of attacks, but they have no effect. Meanwhile, Saitama tries to remember where he met Bakuzan but fails. Without effort, he kills Bakuzan with a single punch. Saitama then introduces himself to Suiryu, who thanks him and warns about the Monster Association. After being told by Suiryu that Gouketsu was a martial arts master, Saitama decides to pursue him. Suiryu attempts to stop him but is unsuccessful. Suiryu remarks that more people will need Saitama in the future.
Elsewhere, Genos retreats after being one-shotted by Gouketsu.
Shortly after, Saitama kills Gouketsu with a punch. Gouketsu's severed head comes flying into the stadium and lands in front of Suiryu. Saitama asks the stunned Suiryu to keep his participation in the tournament a secret. Suiryu expresses his desire to become a hero and asks Saitama to take him as a disciple, but Saitama bluntly refuses.
