Blue (ブルー, Burū) is the top hero of the Neo Heroes and the son of Blast.
Appearance
Blue is a teenager of presumably average height, often displaying a serious and determined look. He has light hair that falls in bangs over his face, and his multicolored irises are light near the center and dark toward the edges, resembling those of his father Blast. During his introduction, he wears a loose-fitting, light-colored jacket with a high collar, paired with drawstring cargo pants featuring multiple pockets, complemented by dark socks and light sneakers. Additionally, Blue wears arm gauntlets similar to his father's.
Beneath this outer layer, Blue has a well-defined and muscular physique. He wears dark wristbands, a skin-tight dark compression tank top, and matching full-length leggings.

Later, he dons a zip-up vest over a full battle suit.
Personality
Blue is highly determined and serious about his hero duties. He is ambitious and motivated by his goal to surpass his father Blast.

He possesses a strong sense of morality, striving to protect people from monsters and opposing anyone who obstructs this goal, including his superior Fuzzy. He has a short temper, becoming annoyed with Genos after being stopped and interrogated during his pursuit of Sweet Mask, and he shouts at Forte when the latter mentions his father. Despite this, Blue genuinely cares for others, as demonstrated by his anger towards Shell King when the latter monster injured his team members and his concern when rescuing a group of heroes from several monsters.
Abilities and Powers
Blue is regarded by himself and McCoy as the top figure of the Neo Heroes, suggesting he has some leadership skills. With his battle suit, he was able to defeat Shell King, a Demon-level threat, with a single blow. After a longer, more challenging fight, he managed to outlast Eel Dragon, a Dragon-level threat.
It is unknown how strong Blue is in combat without his battle suit, though he himself remarks that fighting Dragon-level Mysterious Being without it would be a high-risk gamble.[3]

Physical Abilities
Enhanced Speed and Reflexes: While wearing his battle suit, Blue could momentarily keep up with Saitama while he was carrying Sweet Mask and jumping around, although he noted that he would lag behind without removing the limiter on his battle suit. It is unknown how fast Blue is without the enhancement of his battle suit.
Equipment
Battle Suit: Blue wears a battle suit which provides him with a variety of functions. Unlike most Neo Heroes, Blue has extensive knowledge of the Battle Suit's functions and can use its more advanced abilities. After his battle against Eel Dragon, having fully exhausted the suit's power and battery, he activated its self-destruct function, causing it to break apart and allowing him to move easier.

- Limiters: Blue has several limiters on his suit which, when unlocked, increase his power at the cost of expending more energy.
- Energy Gauntlets: Blue's suit has been modified so that his left gauntlet can power up to chop a monster's claw off, and his right gauntlet can charge up his special move.

Fighting Style
Expert Hand-to-Hand Combatant: Blue is adept in combat, being able to make good use of his battle suit to outmaneuver and defeat monsters such as Shell King and Eel Dragon.
Blue unleashes Fist Cannon.
