Base B (ベースB, Bēsu B)[1] was a prisoner. He was being held in captivity at Smelly Lid Prison. It can be assumed that he was turned into a monster by Nyan and killed by Puri-Puri Prisoner.
Appearance
Base B was a muscular man with stitches running along the sides of his skull and over his chest. He wore his hair in a tall mohawk. He had dark lines around his eyes, dark lips, and pierced ears. While in prison, he wore a pair of striped pants and a shirt around his waist.
Personality
Base B has a cocky and provocative personality. He enjoys bullying people he considers weak.
History
Base B underwent multiple surgical procedures to make his body more powerful. He also has pieces of heads sewn into him taken from past powerful criminals.[1]

When Nyan breaks into Smelly Lid Prison in search of Puri-Puri Prisoner, Base B and the other prisoners question the monster's motives.[2]
Monster Association Arc
Nyan talks to the prisoners who have been turned into monsters
After accepting the monster cells offered by Nyan, Base B and the other prisoners transform into monsters and escape from prison. Later, during the monster raid, after Puri-Puri Prisoner kills Baquma, Base B and the transformed prisoners confront him, accusing him of being a true monster and expressing their desire to kill him. Despite their efforts, they are unable to overpower him.
Puri-Puri Prisoner accidentally kills transformed prisoners
Puri-Puri Prisoner laments their transformation into monsters just as Nyan appears and slashes his chest. Puri-Puri Prisoner then grows body hair, referring to it as Angel ☆ Bristle Armor, which shocks and infuriates the other prisoners. He subsequently chases Nyan through a wall, leading to a collapse of rubble that crushes all the monsterfied prisoners, including Base B.

Base B provokes Speed-o'-Sound Sonic.
After Speed-o'-Sound Sonic was defeated by Saitama, he was taken to Smelly Lid Prison. Upon arrival, he attracts the attention of all the inmates, and, seeing a newcomer among them, they decide to show him his place. Demolition John hints to Base B to take care of Sonic, and Base B approaches him and nudges him with his shoulder, but a second later, he finds his shoulder dislocated, which instantly dampens his enthusiasm.

As an inmate serving time at Smelly Lid Prison, Base B must be a fairly dangerous and powerful individual.
